DESCRIPTION:Discover the Healing Power of Mindfulness using the Art of Colored Pencil Drawing \nExplore the transformative\, healing power of creativity in this four-week class that integrates mindfulness\, and meditation with the versatile medium of colored pencil art. Open to all experience levels\, you will deepen your understanding of self through a series of activities co-facilitated by award-winning master artist Galal Ramadan and certified MBSR teacher Piero Falci. Mindful meditation will be outside in nature. \nSaturdays\, June 3 through June 24\, 2023\n4-week/4 hour workshop with a 30-minute lunch break\n9:30 am-1:30 pm\n$245 Members/$265 Non-Members\nClass is limited to 12 participants in the air-conditioned Island Theater
