To conclude the session\, immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature and the profound restorative healing of crystal bowl meditation\, complemented by calming aromatherapy.\n\n\nThis practice not only enhances flexibility and mobility but also promotes stability\, strength\, coordination\, balance\, observation\, and awareness\, fostering a deep sense of peace within nature’s embrace and a soulful connection.\n\nThe teacher will showcase a variety of poses and techniques\, offering clear guidance and modifications suitable for all skill levels\, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy this enriching experience.\n\nTEACHER : Lisa Pumper\, E-RYT 500\, YACEP\nResident BH Yoga teacher\, and founder of Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga powered by Yoga cOMmUNITY of Florida\n\nTIME: CLASS STARTS AT 9:00 AM ( check-in / gate opens 8:30 am )\n\nArrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.\n\nLocation: The class takes place on the Veranda deck of the museum home.\n\nDuration: 90 minutes.
