Onsite Field Trip Reservation Form

Please complete this form to reserve a spot in the School Education Program of your choice. You will be contacted within 24 hours after receipt, in most cases, to confirm your choice. Direct any questions call: Linda schaller at (954) 703-2606 or [email protected]

    Please use the following information for the day of your visit

    You can share these successful tips with all participating teachers, leaders and chaperones:

    • Check in 15 minutes prior to program time.
    • Wear comfortable athletic shoes, socks, light cotton long pants & long sleeved shirts and any clothing that can get “yucky”. (closed toe shoes required).
    • Students need rainy day gear when weather threatens. (poncho or rain coat).
    • Remind parents to provide mosquito protection for their own child prior to trip.
    • Check-in is required for all groups outside the Welcome Center located by the parking lot.
    • Refer to map for directions.
    • Bus parking is FREE in the Bonnet House parking lot.
