Explore the ECO System surrounding Bonnet House via Kayak or Paddle Board
After the paddle from Coconut Cove at Bonnet House, guests can walk the grounds of this 100+-year-old historic house and gardens, and enjoy beautiful beach views, and awesome views outside of the museum. The grounds are known for spotting raccoons, a wild monkey, turtles, herons, and other critters. Parking is free. Enter the Main Visitor Parking Lot on 9th St. off Birch Road / West Gate.
Paddleboard and Kayaking experiences are offered by our partner, Fort Lauderdale Adventures. Follow the link below to book your adventure in a rarely-seen part of the Bonnet House estate.
Advanced reservations are requested 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. (This DOES NOT INCLUDE tours of the main house, which can be purchased at the Welcome Center for an additional charge.)
