Guided House Tours
Enjoy a guided tour of the house with one of our seasoned Bonnet House docents. Limited to 12 visitors per tour. Parking is free. Enter through the Main Visitor Parking Lot on 9th Street off Birch Road / West Gate. Pre-registration is required. Reservations close 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Guided tours take place:
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
Tours are approximately 90 minutes
Adults: $35
Ages 8-16: $10
Not recommended for children under 8 years old.

Upstairs/Downstairs Tours
Wednesdays: 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
Saturdays: 10:00 am
$40 per person
Tours are approximately 90 minutes.
Visitors will participate in a VIP experience of the upstairs and downstairs of the main house and take a sneak peek inside normally closed areas of Evelyn and Frederic Bartlett’s private living quarters. Tours are led by our seasoned Bonnet House docents and will be offered for only $40 per person. Visitors will enjoy rooms not seen on our other tours.
The tour is offered in groups of 10 to allow for questions and discussion. Limited reservations are available, pre-registration is required. Please note, that the ability to climb 20 stairs is necessary to fully participate in this tour.

Guided Bonnet House Museum & Gardens
Group Tours
Tours of the Main House and specialized tours of the grounds are available to groups of 10 – 60. Your group is cordially invited to select a special tour of Bonnet House. These tour options are detailed below. Please note the minimum number of Guests for each tour.
Group Tour Hours
Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00, 9:30, 10:00
Must be booked in advance.
Bonnet House will open on Mondays for groups of 50 or more.

Tour Options:
1. Main House & Self-Guided Grounds
Price – $30 per person / 10 minimum and 60 maximum guests / $150 deposit required
Description – A docent-guided tour will lead you through the rooms of the Main House where you will learn the history of the Birch/Bartlett family and discover the charm and whimsy of this beachfront estate. Allow an additional ½ hour for a self-guided walking tour of the grounds & visit the Gift Shop
Tour Length – 1.5 hours/Group Tours Reservation Form
2. Main House and Guided Nature Trail Tram Tour
Price – $35 per person / 10 minimum, 60 maximum guests / $150 deposit required
Description – Following a guided tour of the Main House, a Nature Trail Driver will take you on a 15-minute ride around the trail. The Driver will share information about plants, animals, and ecosystems of this 35-acre coastal wilderness.
Tour Length – 2 hours/Group Tours Reservation Form
3. Upstairs/Downstairs Tour
Price – $40 per person / 10 minimum, 16 maximum guests / $150 deposit required
Description – A docent-guided tour will lead you through the first-floor rooms of the Main House. You will then tour the second floor, where you will visit the Bartlett bedroom, as well as the other bedrooms and archives. (All guests need to be able to climb 20 stairs to the second floor

4. Upstairs/Downstairs Tour & Tram Tour
Price – $45 per person / 10 minimum, 16 maximum guests / $150 deposit required
Description – Following a guided tour of the Main House first floor and second floor, a Nature Trail Driver will take you on a ride around the trail. The Driver will share information about plants, animals, and ecosystems of this 35-acre coastal wilderness. (All guests need to be able to climb 20 stairs to the second floor)

Group Tour Requirements
A minimum of 10 guests is required to qualify for the group rate. A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of your tour. Payments may be made by credit card, cash, or check. If paying by check, please make it payable to Bonnet House Inc.
For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe, flat walking shoes during your visit.
