Join us in a tranquil tropical oasis, surrounded by the restorative beauty of nature, art and history. Enjoy gentle breathwork and a slow Yoga flow session, enhanced by a medley of global music intertwined with the sacred sounds of live healing instruments.

Following this, we will engage in a beautiful and sacred Cacao Meditation Ceremony*, accompanied by a Sound Bath featuring crystal bowls, flutes, and other healing tools aimed at promoting emotional, spiritual, and physical healing.

After this enriching experience, enjoy a silent forest bath and connect with the community. You also have the option to upgrade your ticket for an inside tour of the museum home*.

The instructors will guide you through various poses, techniques, and meditations, offering clear instructions and modifications that cater to all skill levels, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy this experience. Additional details can be found below.

Important Class Information

• Arrival: Doors open 8:30 am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
• Location: The class takes place on the Veranda deck of the museum home, offering stunning views of nature.
• Duration: Classes last for 90 minutes
• The cacao elixir* is optional and for purchase at event.

Activities After Class

• Enhance your experience by purchasing a upgraded ticket for a tour of the museum’s home and exploring the grounds.

Tickets:

• $ 30 Prepaid Tickets: Includes yoga class, aromatherapy gift, sound healing, Cacao meditation and complimentary private parking.
• $ 45 Prepay Ticket: + Inside museum tour and explore the grounds.

Please note:

• Travelers that need Yoga mats, can rent at class (  $ 5 each )
• Pre-registration: Required to guarantee your spot. Classes take place regardless of the weather, whether it’s sunny or rainy. They are conducted on the covered, paved surface the Veranda at the Bonnet Museum home, which provides breathtaking views of nature.
