Below, you’ll find our wedding package options designed to help you bring your vision to life.
Bonnet House Provides:
• Exclusive use of Bonnet House Estate for ceremony, cocktails, and reception for 4 hours
• Use of the property for photography two hours before the ceremony
• Private use of upstairs air-conditioned suite two hours before the ceremony
• Ceremony and Front Door Host
• Tram transportation for guests between parking lot and Main House
• Free parking
• Five hours for set-up and 1½ for clean-up

Additional Hourly Rental Rate: $1,500 per hour (Must be scheduled in advance)
Tenting: A $2,200 mandatory veranda tenting fee will apply for the rentals October – April (White Tent Only).
Deposit: A $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be fully refunded if all Bonnet House Rules & Regulations are adhered to satisfactorily and no damage has occurred.
Membership: A $100 Bonnet House Couple’s Membership is required for all rentals.
Police Detail:
A $350 police detail is required for all rentals up to 150 guests.
A $600 police detail is required for all rentals above 150 guests.
Renter’s Insurance: A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required from the renter for all rentals.
Rehearsal: Complimentary rehearsals are scheduled from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm the day before the wedding.
Discounts: Friday and Sunday, November to April, a 15% discount. May through October, a 40% discount is reflected.
*Resodding Fee Mandatory: $1,500 for events in our Hibiscus Garden area (181-250 people)
Minimum Required Fee:
A $5,000 minimum fee is required for Saturday night events from October through May. The minimum applies to the rental fee and additional hourly rental fees only. Tenting and other fees cannot be used to reach the required minimum.
Overnight Accommodations for the Wedding Couple:
Bonnet House is available for an overnight stay, at an additional fee, for the wedding couple in the upstairs air-conditioned suite. Bonnet House will ensure exclusive and secure use of the estate overnight, as well as bathrobes, towels, toiletries, and a continental breakfast for two on the chickee bridge the morning after your wedding.
