Where do I park for the Orchid Festival?

Parking is free for the festival – Limited parking is available onsite at 900 N. Birch Rd. Additional parking is available at 2900 NE 9th Court, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 and 2800 Vista Mar, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304. Our pedestrian-only south entrance is located at 750 Breakers Avenue off Vista Mar Street and will also be open for walk-in attendees.

How much does it cost to attend?

Admission for the festival is $25 for one day. This year the admission includes the festival, house, grounds and our outdoor sculpture exhibit, ZimSculpt. Children under 12 are free.

If I order tickets in advance, how do I receive them?

You will receive your ticket by email. Look for an email from Blackbaud/International Orchid & Garden Festival. If you do not receive an email soon after purchase, check your junk/spam folder. You must print or display your ticket on your phone at the gate. Yahoo and AOL accounts appear to be particularly susceptible to false positive spam messages. Please check your spam folders. Please search for “Blackbaud” in your email. If you use Gmail look in your promotions tab and search for “Blackbaud”.

What else should I bring?

Bringing cash is highly recommended as many growers are foreign and do not accept credit cards. ATMs are available, but they charge fees and are limited to $100 per transaction.

I am volunteering. How do I get in?

Volunteers must park in the Volunteer Parking Lot on the South Side of the property and enter through the South Gate located at 750 Breakers Avenue off Vista Mar Street.

I decided not to come. Can I get a refund?


Tickets for the festival are non-refundable.

Why should I buy my tickets in advance?

Easy! No standing in line.

How much are the classes?


The classes are free with paid admission.

Is the Orchid Festival indoors or outdoors?


The International Orchid & Garden Festival is outdoors throughout the Bonnet House Estate.

Who should come to the Orchid Festival?


Anyone interested in seeing rare orchids, buying beautiful yet affordable orchids, or learning more about orchids in one of the Festival’s many free classes? If you have been to the Redland International Orchid Festival, the Miami International Orchid Show, the Orchid Festival at Fairchild, or the Fort Lauderdale Orchid Show, and enjoyed them, you will certainly be delighted by the Bonnet House Orchid Festival. If you have never been to an orchid festival, what are you waiting for?!

What can I do at the Orchid Festival?

Check out the beautiful displays, shop the widest selection of affordable and rare orchids available anywhere, listen to live music and enjoy an adult beverage as you stroll the gardens. Participate in complimentary raffles for beautiful orchid plants and other prizes. Visit the Raffle booth to purchase your raffle tickets.

I grow orchids commercially. How can I display and sell my plants at the Festival? I have an orchid related product. How can I participate?


The Committee accepts applications to the Orchid Festival year-round, please email [email protected] with the name and description of your business, a link to your website/social media channel, and photos.

My business has nothing to do with orchids, but I would like to partner with the Orchid Festival. How do I contact you?

I love animals. Can I bring them to the Festival?

No. We love animals too, but the venue only allows service animals.
